Welcome to a Holy Lent
“I invite you, therefore, in the name of the Church, to the observance of a holy Lent, by self-examination and repentance; by prayer, fasting, and self-denial; and by reading and meditating on God’s holy Word.” (Book of Common Prayer, 265)

Small Groups for Lent
As part of the observance of a holy Lent this year, Christ Church invites you to be part of a small group. We are committed to having at least 100 people be part of the small groups of all generations. Groups will be around 10 people in size and meet once a week for an hour for the five weeks of Lent on different days and times, based on your availability.
During this time of sabbatical, Fr. Michael is grounding himself in his calling. We are charged with focusing on what it means to be the Church and to take an active role in our faith as disciples. That active role involves growing and encouraging a new generation of leaders, servant-leaders following and strengthened by God. This short series will focus on Ephesians and explore what it means to be the Church and the model of leadership Jesus invites us into, grounded in Scripture readings, discussion, and prayer.
To sign up for a small group, please follow the link below to the online form. Forms will also be available on the information table in the parish offices.
